Home/Pricing & engagement

Start small. Pay for output, not hours.

Indicative pricing for dedicated staffing, fixed-fee projects and seasonal support — and the two-week pilot every engagement begins with.

Engagement models

Three ways to start — scale as trust grows

Most firms begin with a small pilot, then expand once the output speaks for itself.

Most popular

Dedicated Staffing

A full-time offshore accountant or team working only for your firm, on your software and standards.

  • Named accountant(s), your hours overlap
  • Senior review included
  • Month-to-month after pilot
Indicative: from ~$1,800 / FTE / month
Scope a team
Flexible

Project-Based

Defined scope, defined fee — ideal for clean-up, catch-up, or a one-time closure backlog.

  • Diagnose → Catch up → Close
  • Fixed deliverables & timeline
  • Workpapers handed back
Indicative: fixed quote per project

Seasonal

Tax-Season Support

Surge capacity for January–April, ramped before the spike and right-sized after.

  • Preparers trained pre-January
  • Self-reviewed returns
  • Flex down or retain in May
Indicative: hourly or block engagement
Reserve capacity

Pricing is indicative and scoped per firm. Typical onboarding runs days, not months.

What a pilot looks like

From first call to first delivery in about two weeks

Days 1–3

Scope one engagement

A 30-minute discovery call, then we pick a single recurring client or a bounded clean-up. You define the standard; we write it into an SOP.

Days 4–10

Onboard & shadow

Your named accountant gets access, learns the workpapers, and runs the first cycle with the senior lead reviewing every line.

Days 11–14

Judge the output

You review the first delivered package. If the review load is light and the work holds, we expand. If not, you've spent two weeks — not a hire.

Let's lighten your review load — starting this season.

A 30-minute call, one scoped engagement, a two-week pilot. Judge the output before you commit.
