Questions firms ask on the first call.

Who does the work, how much you still review, how data is handled, and what it costs — answered plainly.

Questions firms ask us

Before you commit to anything

Who actually does the work?
Qualified accountants — not data-entry operators — organised in three tiers: staff accountants and preparers, senior accountants, and a CPA / EA / CMA review lead who signs off before anything is delivered to you.
How much review will I still need to do?
Every deliverable is self-reviewed by the preparer and then reviewed by a senior before it reaches your desk. Your job becomes a partner-level sign-off, not a line-by-line check. The pilot exists so you can measure this on your own work.
Will I get the same people every time?
Yes. Dedicated staffing means named accountants assigned only to your firm, working on your software and your standards. They build institutional memory instead of resetting it every ticket.
How is client data handled?
Staff are NDA-bound, work inside access-controlled environments, and operate within your systems wherever possible so data never leaves your stack. Transfers are encrypted and every adjustment leaves a documented trail.
Can you handle U.S. tax returns, not just bookkeeping?
Yes — 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065 and 1041 preparation with self-review, plus EA / CPA-led review. Tax-season teams are onboarded and trained on your software before January.
What does it cost?
Dedicated staffing starts from roughly $1,800 per FTE per month; projects are quoted at a fixed fee; seasonal support is hourly or block-based. Everything is scoped per firm on the discovery call.
