Privacy Policy

Effective 29 September 2026 · Published by Pravin Purohit, Ahmedabad, India

In short: Inkplop does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and nothing to buy. Your game progress is saved only on your own phone.

Who we are

Inkplop ("the game") is made and published by Pravin Purohit, an independent developer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play the game on iPhone or Android.

Information we collect

None. The game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not create an account. The lines you draw stay inside the game and are never sent anywhere.

What stays on your phone

To remember your progress, the game saves a small file on your device. It contains the levels you've unlocked, your stars, coins and hints, the ball and marker you picked, your sound and music settings, and the date of your last daily puzzle and lucky spin. This data:

Permissions

PermissionWhy
Internet (Android default)Included in every Android app built with our framework. The game itself does not send or receive any data.

The game asks for no other permissions. Music and sound play through your phone's normal game audio and follow its silent switch and volume.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

The current version has no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs, and sells nothing inside the app. Coins and hints are earned by playing. If a future version adds ads, analytics or in-app purchases, we will update this policy first, show the new effective date at the top, and ask for any consent the law requires.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your country).

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You stay in full control of the progress file on your phone. This policy is written to meet the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, the US COPPA and CCPA, and the Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
